Space Shuttle Discovery Comes Home

In April 2012, Space Shuttle Discovery was brought to the Smithsonian Air & Space Museum’s Udvar-Hazy annex to be put on permanent display.  The prototype shuttle Enterprise, which had called the museum home, was sent to the Intrepid Museum in New York.
